Beautiful craftsmanship with great edge retention

After using this knife for a while, I can confidently say itfs one of the best Ifve ever owned. Its edge retention is excellent and hasnft chipped at all. It slices through tough vegetables like pumpkin and carrots effortlessly. While maintenance is needed, if you care for it properly, itfll serve you wonderfully.
